VIDEO CHAPTERS

Introduction

Chapter 1
Remove the three nuts that make up the 3 point hookup.

Chapter 2
Attach Header L Bracket and replace Nut 2. Tighten securely.

Chapters 3-5
Attach Side Header Bar. Connect Rear Header Bar. Connect Side Header Bar to L bracket.

Chapter 6
Attach the Rear Cross Bar to the slots on the rear of the Header Bars using 10-32 x 1” bolts, washers and Nylock nuts. Firmly tighten all bolts on the Header assembly.

Chapter 7
Install the Rear Door Post Bottom L bracket. This bracket connects underneath the golf cart to two bolts. Then, the Rear Door Post is connected to the "window slot" on the L bracket. The video shows the Passenger Side of the golf cart.

Chapters 8-10
Install the top of the Rear Door Post to the Header Bar. Install the Rear Door Post to the Channel Bracket. PARALLEL DOOR ADJUSTMENT.

Chapters 11-14
Install Front Door posts. Final frame adjustments.

Chapter 15
Install Door latches.

Chapter 16
Assemble Forward Door panels.

Chapter 17
Install Door covers.

Chapter 18
Install back cover panel.

Chapters 19-21
Install stand-out straps. DryClub pouch.

Reinstall Windshield
