As soon as the first cool weather hits - usually around Sept. 1 - the phones start ringing off the hook. The biggest volume of orders hits in the early fall and before you know it, there are pages and pages of enclosures that are entered into production. Due to the rising popularity of the product each year, no matter what the manufacturer does to "stock up" on enclosures - inventory vanishes quickly.
In the summer of 2010, the manufacturer implemented a new strategy to try to keep more product in inventory to prevent the mass pile up that occurs each fall. Several of the most popular enclosures are produced well in advance of the season. If you are one of the lucky ones that has that type of cart and chooses that particular fabric and color, then you could get your enclosure really fast.
However, if you desire a Special Order Color, or you have a cart that is not in the list of the most popular carts, your order goes into production when you place it. And, if you order in the fall, lead times can quickly fall to 3 weeks and can even stretch to 5 or 6. YOUR CREDIT CARD IS NEVER BILLED UNTIL YOUR ENCLOSURE SHIPS.
The best way to find out if your enclosure has shipped is to check your credit card. If your credit card has been charged, then your enclosure has been shipped.
During the busy season - Sept. - Feb. we periodically receive a list of enclosures that are "In Stock" and ready to ship. This list is provided to us by the factory warehouse. And since the manufacturer drop ships for EVERYONE - not just us - we are totally at their mercy as to the accuracy of the list. And due to the volatility of sales - we've had people order an enclosure from us - and that enclosure was on the list - but by the time the order was entered for shipping - the enclosure sold out. It can be very aggravating - but you need to realize no one can get your order to you faster than we can. And, we personally guarantee you this - "When your enclosure is finally on your cart, you will be the most satisfied cold weather cart owner on the planet!"

they sell out faster than they can be made.
If you order Accessories such as WindSeal kits or DryClub, please allow some extra time -
possibly as much as one week. All enclosures not on this list have a 3-4 (or more) week lead time.
